Retina Consultants was founded in August 1988 by Dr. Max Johnson.  We are proud to be the only independent, board-certified, fellowship-trained retina clinic in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Our physicians are highly trained retina specialists who combine deep clinical expertise with compassionate care to deliver the highest standard of retinal treatment.

We offer comprehensive diagnostic testing services as well as the latest in-office and outpatient treatment options for diseases and conditions of the retina, macula and vitreous; also known as the "back of the eye".

Our physicians work with a staff of nearly 30 office and clinic professionals to offer the very best in compassionate and comprehensive medical and surgical retina care.

We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We can answer questions and, if urgent, see patients immediately.
