Beginning Monday, April 28, road construction will commence on 45th Street South between Interstate 94 and 32nd Avenue South.  

Please be advised, there are lane closures on both northbound and southbound 45th Street S in this area.  Access to our building on 31st Avenue South via 45th Street S remains open.  We will keep this page updated as the 45th Street South road construction progresses this summer.
